Here is some of the criteria required by House 2 Rent :
- Verifiable Income in an amount of 3 x monthly rent
- Steady Employment History
- Consistent payments on time
- Experience renting or (even better) owning a home
- Desire to rent for at least 1 year or more
I also do an extensive background check, a credit check and a nationwide eviction check on all applicants over 18.
For tenants that are in rentals managed by House 2 Rent we encourage
Online Payments through our web portal. House 2 Rent will pay for
the transfer from the tenants checking or savings account. Credit card
payments require a convenience fee paid by the tenant.
When repairs and maintenance are needed, we have many connections to
local service providers. However, we are flexible, so if you are a
hands-on owner and want to complete the repairs yourself, no problem.
